Data Collection

This app does not collect or store photo content or facial analysis results by the developer.

  • All photo and image data is processed only on the device
  • Face detection, background correction, and PDF generation run on-device
  • Photos and analysis results are never sent to the developer's servers
  • Billing uses Apple's StoreKit. Information needed for payment verification is processed through Apple's system and does not include photo data
  • No user registration, login, or account creation is required

Data Processed On-Device

The following data is stored and processed only on the device:

  • Photos taken or selected (face & certificate): For creating JPEG and PDF
  • Face detection results: For initial positioning
  • Background correction and brightness settings: For output image generation
  • Purchase status and transaction information: For managing output permissions (Apple's billing and verification through Apple's system)

Camera and Photo Library Access

  • Camera: Used for taking face photos and certificate images for Sharoshi Exam application
  • Photo Library (Read): Used to process existing photos for application
  • Photo Library (Save): Used to save created face photo JPEG and certificate PDF

These accesses require user permission.

Billing Information Handling

Billing in this app is processed through Apple's StoreKit:

  • Payment information is managed by Apple and cannot be accessed by this app
  • Purchase verification is performed on-device through StoreKit 2 (using Apple's public keys for verification). Transaction IDs are stored on-device for determining re-save eligibility and are not sent to the developer's servers

Third-Party Disclosure

The developer does not disclose the following user data to third parties:

  • Photo and image data
  • Face detection results
  • Image correction results and PDF data

However, billing uses Apple's StoreKit, and payment-related information is handled in accordance with Apple's Privacy Policy.

Data Deletion

  • In-app deletion: Delete individual photo/image data
  • App deletion: Deleting the app removes all local data
